What things do the restaurant owners need to consider when pricing their menu items? – They need to consider the tax of the food, the rent of the restaurant, the employees, and maybe the shipping of the food.

What price would you recommend to the owners and why? – I would recommend $2.00. The average price for a tostada is $1.83 and the highest price of a tostada is $2.18. I found the mean of both of those prices and used that to determine the price for every tostada.

    Don’t forget that we need to also add in the cost of paying the employees and the other costs so we may have to price the tostadas closer to $4.00 in order to make a profit.
